What is Work at a Pizza Place?
Work at a Pizza Place is a team-based job simulation on Roblox where an entire server keeps one pizzeria running. Every order flows through a chain of players: a cashier takes it, cooks prepare the pizza, boxers seal it up, drivers deliver it, and suppliers keep the ingredients stocked. When an order lands on a doorstep, everyone on the clock gets paid.
Server-Wide Pipeline
Every order is a team effort: cashier, cook, boxer, driver and supplier each keep the chain moving, and everybody gets paid when a house gets its pizza.
3-Star Rating
The Star System multiplies your pay — 100% at three stars, 80% at two, 30% at one and 0% at zero. Slackers can even be fired by the manager.
House Progression
Spend paychecks on 11 house upgrades from the free Shack to the 600,000-coin Estate, decorate with furniture, and hunt 90% off deals at The Dump.
Double & Neon Time
Every 30 minutes Double Time turns all orders gold with 3x cook speed; Neon Time pays 100-coin neon orders and lifts the paycheck cap for a limited window.

What is the fastest way to earn coins?+
Stack multiple income sources: stay on your shift so your work check pays every 15 minutes, grab the 200-coin daily check (400 with VIP), and time deliveries during Double Time when every order pays 20 coins. Same-house delivery combos climb by 2 coins per drop, so plan routes that hit several homes on one run. Between shifts, ferry to Rock Island for the 1,500-coin treasure chest once per visit — 3,000 during Double Time.
Which job earns the most money?+
Delivery is widely considered the best earner: combo bonuses and 100-coin neon drops scale faster than any other role, and Double Time gold orders pay double on every doorstep. Supplier is the runner-up because truck runs keep earning even when the counters are full, plus it feeds the whole server. Pizza Boxer has the lowest ceiling — belt clogs and full delivery tables stall your income.
Is the 600,000-coin Estate worth it?+
The Estate is the endgame house: it unlocks an attic, a giant garage and a free Jeep, and it is the only way to move into Modern Houses afterward. It costs 600,000 coins or 3,200 Robux. Most players treat it as a long-term goal rather than a purchase to rush — you will enjoy the journey far more if you upgrade gradually (Shack through Mansion), decorating as you go.
How does Double Time work?+
Double Time triggers automatically every 30 minutes and lasts 4 minutes. During the event all orders turn gold and pay 20 coins instead of 10, pizzas cook 3x faster, and the treasure chest on Rock Island pays double. It is the single best window for deliveries and cooking — try to be at a station, not on a break, when it starts.
How does the Star System affect pay?+
Your shift rating starts at three stars and directly multiplies your paycheck: 100% pay at 3 stars, 80% at 2, 30% at 1 and 0% at 0 — and a zero-star player can be fired by the manager. You lose stars for wrong orders, burned pizzas, leaving pizzas on the floor and ignoring customer needs. Watch the oven, mind the conveyors and keep orders moving to protect your rating.
